I will need to do that soon. I also need to probably pick a forum to join, any recommendations?

I mainly use E90post. Lots of great write ups on how to DIY things, trouble shoot, etc. Be careful though, you’ll see everyone modding their cars and then you’ll want to spend money haha. Check out M3post or M3forum. Both seem good, I think M3forum is a little more “grown up” but neither is bad.
I have the bimmerpost app on iPhone, which I really like besides it randomly crashing.

Drooooollll... Whatever you do, don’t cheap out and get the shitty cast wheel replicas. They bend and crack (ask me how I know)

Damn that looks good. I really wanted a white one, was unable to find one with all the options I wanted when I was looking. You happen to buy it like that? I remember (because I took a picture) United BMW of Roswell had a white E92 with the black style 359s for sale back in December 2014.

I’d have to get OEM ones, even if they look identical I’d known they were fake and that’d bother me, at the end of the day that’s all that matters.

Oh nice, I’ll have to check it out. So you finally get a full set of 219s?

No it was all stock. It’s mineral white (wasn’t my first choice), but it’s grown on me. I looked for a long time for an AW E90 with black interior. The only ones I could ever find were in SoCal. Eventually I just gave up bought this E92. Sometimes I still wish I had just flown out there, and road tripped one of the E90's back.

I attempted to buy this one back in November 2013, I came really close but I couldn’t get financed so I had to let it go, it had everything I wanted including the premium audio. I was adamant about getting an E90 so eventually I just gave up and got a space grey metallic one, that color has really grown on me.

It was actually a $1000 option on the sedan, I wish who ever got mine new had spent the grand on the premium audio and not the sun roof. I had such a hard time finding a 6MT E90 with leather and idrive that I almost said fuck it and waited for the F80 so I could choose the options.

Have you thought about the Bavsound upgrade?
![]() 06/18/2016 at 15:52 |

I have not. I was going to start modding it once I got it paid off. I did that then I decided I wanted to upgrade my second car, so I did that. I was thinking about an exhaust for it, then I lost my job. I’ll have to look into it once I’m gainfully employed.

Yes sir! A local put up 2 front wheels on Craigslist, I asked if he’d split them and he said yeah. Got lucky! Hoping to have them on next week, just need to decide what tires.

Nice! When you get them on make sure you post it to oppo or post it somewhere I can see it

Will do! I just had my cracked windshield replaced the other day so now I'm getting ready to give it a nice detail. Finally making progress.

Gets good reviews. Best part is it bolts/plugs right in. No need to drill holes in the doors, or splice wires. Easily undone, and you can sell the kit on the forums if you ever decide to sell the car.
